I am excited to help today's and tomorrow's leaders and leadership teams to shine and reach their full potential.

I draw on more than 20 years leadership experience in multinational PLCs and private companies as an HR Director, Talent Director, and Operations Director. As an HR Director I was responsible for up to 42,000 people, and as an Operations Director, lead a division with £65M turnover.

This gives me a unique insight into what it takes to be successful and the difference high performing teams and effective leaders can make. During my career I am proud to have coached many leaders and future leaders and to have worked with senior teams to achieve high performance. 

I am a fellow of the CIPD and qualified as an executive coach through Henley Business School. I am a trained team coach and facilitator and qualified in psychometric profiling. I am also a qualified mental Health First Aider.

As a coach I have worked with leaders and future leaders across Hospitality, Professional Services, Retail, Pharma, Medical Research and Tech. I've worked with leadership teams in both large and small businesses, facilitating team development, strategy development, leadership development and building capability.
